You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest experience at Town & Country Resort. You will expertly clean, service, and refresh guest rooms daily to deliver that fresh, welcoming vibe every time. This is a physically active position requiring strength, stamina, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset in a resort-scale environment. We're looking for availability with AM shifts: Mon-Sat 8am-4:30pm, Sundays 9am-5:30pm. Pay rate: $20.85/hour.

Collect soiled linens, inspect for issues; restock towels, toiletries, water, minibar to par levels.
Use vacuums/carts correctly; report maintenance/hazards to supervisor or engineering.
Keep carts, storage, equipment clean, organized, and on schedule.
Handle guest requests courteously, especially during peaks/events.
Follow safety, sanitation, chemical, and PPE protocols for check-in readiness.
Knowledge: Basic understanding of cleaning methods, linen care, and the safe use of chemicals and housekeeping tools.
Strengths: Dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about making every guest room welcoming and spotless. Must be able to stay active throughout the day and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Flexibility: Availability for varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, is essential in our fast-paced resort environment.
Language: Ability to understand and follow basic English instructions.
This role demands high energy and physical stamina—candidates must be ready to tackle these requirements:
Must be able to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
Ability to lift, push, and pull (linens, vacuum cleaners, and cleaning supplies).
Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, and stretching while making beds and cleaning rooms.
Must be comfortable using cleaning chemicals and housekeeping tools safely.
Ability to climb stairs when needed and work across multiple buildings throughout the resort.
