Town and Country Resort is looking for a fun and energetic Part-Time Host/Greeter to join the lively team at Lapper Sports Bar + Kitchen, a legendary destination in the heart of Mission Valley.

At Lapper, guests gather for great bites, craft cocktails, and good vibes before diving into resort adventures or catching the game on our big screens. As a Host/Greeter, you’re the first smile guests see and the last goodbye they remember—setting the tone for an unforgettable dining experience. • Warmly welcome guests with energy and enthusiasm, creating that “you’re finally here!” feeling.

• Manage reservations and seating flow to keep the experience smooth and enjoyable.

• Communicate with servers and the kitchen team to ensure guests are seated promptly and comfortably.

• Maintain a clean and inviting entrance area and support basic guest inquiries.

• Be an ambassador for both Lapper and the Town and Country vibe—friendly, upbeat, and always ready to help.

• Previous guest-service or restaurant experience preferred, but a winning personality goes a long way!

• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.

• Positive, team-oriented attitude and genuine hospitality spirit.

• Ability to stand and move throughout shifts in a busy environment.

• Must be available for part-time shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
