Deliver standout, genuine service that wakes guests up better than their first cup of coffee
Master the menu (yes, even the modifiers) and confidently guide guests through food and beverage selections
Anticipate guest needs before they even ask—breakfast mind-reading is a plus
Keep tables tidy, orders accurate, and service flowing smoothly during busy morning rushes
Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive, energetic vibe on the floor
Handle transactions with accuracy and accountability
Follow all food safety and alcohol service standards (even if it’s “just brunch”)
Previous serving experience in a high-volume restaurant, fine dining experience required
A naturally upbeat, guest-first attitude—mornings can be early, but you still bring the sunshine
Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask without breaking a sweat
Availability to work mostly mornings, weekends, and holidays
Knowledge of POS systems and basic cash handling
California Food Handler Card and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification (or willingness to obtain)
