Overview

Arlo is anything but ordinary.

At Arlo, great food, genuine hospitality, and a little San Diego energy come together. We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager who knows how to lead a team, take care of guests, and keep things moving when the dining room gets busy.

If you are the kind of leader who can jump into the action, coach a team in the moment, and still notice when a guest needs a little extra attention, we should talk.

Why Arlo?

Because working in a restaurant should be about more than getting through a shift.

Arlo is part of Town and Country Resort, a landmark San Diego resort with a big personality, a beautiful setting, and plenty happening around you. You will work alongside a team that cares about hospitality, takes pride in what they do, and believes that great service starts with great people.

And yes, sometimes the best part of the job is a perfectly executed dinner rush followed by the realization that you actually survived it. Salary $72,000 #towncountrySD
