Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional customer service and smooth operations.
Coffee Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and food serving/preparing, including espresso drinks, sandwiches, and specialty creations, adhering to quality standards and recipes.
Customer Engagement: Interact with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing recommendations, answering questions, and ensuring a positive guest experience.
Quality Control: Maintain high standards of beverage quality, consistency, and presentation, conducting regular tastings and inspections to ensure adherence to brand standards.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies, placing orders as needed to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, processing payments, balancing cash registers, and reconciling sales at the end of each shift.
Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the coffee shop and equipment, following health and safety guidelines and conducting regular cleaning and maintenance tasks.
Customer Focus: Passion for providing outstanding customer service, with a friendly and approachable demeanor and a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations.
