Salary range $85,000-$90,000 annual.

Responsibilities

As the Restaurant General Manager at Arlo Restaurant, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operation to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the restaurant. You will lead a team of dedicated staff members, including servers, partner with the chefs, and support staff, to deliver outstanding service and uphold our reputation for excellence.

  • Provide leadership and direction to all restaurant staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations
  • Manage budget and financial performance, including cost control and revenue optimization
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive repeat business
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the restaurant industry, preferably as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, kitchen management, and customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
  • Knowledge of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
