• Ensure tables are impeccably clean and reset quickly between guests.
• Assist servers by delivering water, bread, and clearing plates as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the dining room, including sweeping and tidying up.
• Restock necessary items such as silverware, napkins, and glasses during service.
• Help keep the restaurant organized by monitoring the bussing stations and front-of-house areas.
• Anticipate guest needs and support the service team in delivering seamless dining experiences.

• A proactive, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced fine dining environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with the service team.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for hospitality.
• Previous experience as a busser or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
