Overview

MRKT at Town and Country Resort is a fast-paced, high-energy grab-and-go destination for fresh, delicious bites, craft coffee, and local flavors. We’re looking for an experienced Manager to lead our team, drive operational excellence, and create an unforgettable guest experience. If you have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a knack for business operations, we want you to take MRKT to the next level! Pay Range $70,000.00 - $75,000.00

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of MRKT, ensuring efficiency, quality, and top-tier guest service.
  • Lead, train, and inspire a team of baristas, cashiers, and food service staff.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to ensure product availability.
  • Monitor sales, control costs, and drive revenue growth through innovative ideas.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment for guests and employees.
  • Implement and uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Handle scheduling, staffing, and performance management to keep the team motivated.
  • Develop strategies to enhance the guest experience and increase customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with resort leadership to align MRKT’s goals with overall resort operations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a General Manager or Assistant Manager in food & beverage, quick-service, or retail.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with a hands-on management approach.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions.
  • A passion for hospitality, guest service, and delivering a high-quality experience.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • RBS and Food Handler's certification.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
  • Comfortable lifting up to 35 lbs. as needed.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
