Town & Country Resort is looking for a hands-on and energetic Café (The MRKT) Supervisor to lead our café team in delivering top-notch service, delicious espresso drinks, and fresh food items. Responsibilities

  • Lead by example, ensuring smooth and efficient daily café operations.
  • Train, coach, and motivate team members to provide excellent customer service.
  • Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks, smoothies, and other beverages.
  • Oversee the preparation of food items like burritos, sandwiches, pizzas, and salads.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked café environment.
  • Handle cash transactions, process payments, and balance daily sales reports.
  • Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed, keeping a safe and welcoming space.
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and reducing waste.
  • Jump in to support the team during busy hours—this is a hands-on role!

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a café, coffee shop, or fast-casual restaurant (supervisory experience preferred).
  • Passion for coffee, food, and customer service with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and basic inventory management is a plus.
  • Food handler's and RBS certification required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Standing and walking for extended periods in a busy café environment.
  • Lifting up to 40 lbs. (supplies, coffee beans, cases of drinks, etc.).
  • Reaching, bending, and stooping to access stock and equipment.
  • Fast-paced movement during peak hours.
