• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with precision and care.
• Provide warm, friendly service that makes every guest feel like a regular.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and mobile orders with accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked coffee bar.
• Assist with food service, including pastries and light breakfast items.
• Keep up with drink trends and suggest creative additions to our menu.
• Work efficiently during busy hours while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure top-notch cleanliness and hygiene.

• Previous barista experience is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person!
• Passion for coffee, customer service, and hospitality.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player with a positive attitude and great communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid Food Handler's card and RBS.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs. (coffee beans, milk cartons, etc.).
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
